Since our first shift on 22.2.22,we responded to 90 emergencies across EEAST Ambulance Service EEAST AirOps Team 42-Beds,48-Herts Our most common emergencies: Cardiac Arrest & Traumatic injuries EEAST AirOps Team All of our team are unpaid and support Beds & Herts Emergency Critical Care Scheme on their days off from NHS work

A first for a very long time, the all female crew of BAF596 doing a shift for the military co-responders of RAF Henlow

A busy September in our EEAST Ambulance Service Control Rooms. 114,487 emergency calls received. 999 calls answered in average of 10 seconds. 8,021 triaged as Category 1 immediately life threatening. Increased demand compared to August but always amazing work from the teams.

Ex ATHENA DRAGON has seen the Role 1 Lead and Hospital Staging Unit work collaboratively this week. Today along with many other injects, the Role 1 responded to a cardiac arrest and transported the pt to the HSU for post resuscitation care.
