“Standing on the edge of death now, I feel compelled to use my experience in the transplant trenches to illuminate and challenge the status quo.” Thank you, Amy Silverstein, author.

L.A. has no idea how much work Christine Trần put in these last 3 years behind the scenes — really pushing for more equitable representation of the Los Angeles we grew up in and showcasing important food systems work that we all can get behind. Grateful for her leadership ❤️

Christine Trần is a CHAMPION who has worked tirelessly for a more just, equitable and open LA, where food is plentiful, healthy and accessible. Serious props for her leadership of LAFPC

I wonder if MacKenzie Scott has considered providing fellowships to individuals who are playing a critical role in cultivating and maintaining movement infrastructure — something like the MacArthur Foundation Genius Awards that would enable people to deepen their work as network weavers.

“Narrative change encompasses strategies harnessing the power of narratives - in entertainment, in news, in movement spaces, and in the broader culture - to shift public mindsets and generate culture change toward equity and justice.” via USC Annenberg mediaimpactproject.org/narrativechang…
