Using our Biglia twin spindle lathes, we're able to machine two components simultaneously, significantly cutting cycle times & boosting output. 🙌 This lets us handle complex parts with tight tolerances & excellent surface finishes, all while maintaining high volume production.

In a temperature-controlled environment, we use advanced equipment like the Keyence 2D measuring system & a Renishaw probe to check even the most complex dimensions. Plus, all our equipment is controlled & calibrated under ISO 9001 certification, ensuring accuracy & reliability.
