This evening, the Royal Hong Kong Defence Force (Royal Hong Kong Defence Force) started to train for one of the first Remembrance Days in years. The Royal Hong Kong Regiment will take part and will be marching on Jackson Road on that very special day.

On Remembrance Day, the RHKR, along with the RHKP and the HKMSC (Royal Hong Kong Police Force Hong Kong Military Service Corps) attended the event to pay respects to the fallen of both World Wars. The RHKR served in the both World Wars as homeguards and frontline soldiers. Lest we forget.

Yesterday the CDS AnAngeryMoose met with Captain BenjaminCranston at HMS Tamar to congratulate him on his promotion to Commodore. The promotion came after the previous head of the Naval Reserves in Hong Kong, Cdre HarryPearce, retired from the role a week prior.

A few days ago, our Regimental Commandant, Colonel Lord_Piezz resigned from his position and stepped down. Leaving the regiment to the newly appointed Colonel, Colonel NumisLoomis. We thank Colonel Lord_Piezz for his 1 and a half years of services towards the RHKR, RHKDF and HK.

The regiment welcomes its new commandant; Colonel NumisLoomis, as appointed by the Governor of Hong Kong. We wish the regiment continues to prosper under the new leadership.
