Today I signed the Book of Condolences for #PopeFrancis on behalf of Government of Malta 🇲🇹 & the people of #Malta 🇲🇹 His #humility was #strength. His inclusive vision welcomed many, including #LGBTIQ+ #Catholics. His visit to Malta remains deeply cherished. His legacy endures.

#OCHAthanks Malta🇲🇹 for your generous contribution to CERF - The UN's emergency fund. With your support, partners like UNFPAMoçambique are able to provide families with maternal and child health services in Mozambique. Together, we #InvestInHumanity

Team #Malta 🇲🇹 brought a true festa to #EuropeDay 🇪🇺 in #Geneva with homemade treats like ħobż biż-żejt, torta tal-lampuki, figolli & more! Proud to share our flavours & culture with the world. Huge thanks to our team, families, sponsors, EU at the UN - Geneva #MultilateralismMatters & PL in UN Geneva

Earlier Today, at the The Commonwealth Health Minister meeting I met the Rt Hon. Ashley Dalton MP and we touched up on health matters of mutual interests to the #unitedkingdom 🇬🇧 and #Malta 🇲🇹

Let’s hope the United Nations Geneva #peacock’s visit at the #WorldHealthAssembly is indeed a sign of #immortality & #renewal for World Health Organization (WHO) & #multilateralism. #WHA78 #WHO

The World Health Organization (WHO) #PandemicAgreement has just been adopted with no votes against. A historic moment after years of negotiations. Global health cooperation just took a major step forward. Well done Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, #WHO team & all Member States. #WHA78 #Multilateralism

#Malta 🇲🇹 stands fully behind World Health Organization (WHO) and Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. The adoption of the pandemic agreement makes us all safer & better prepared, especially small island states like ours. #WHA78 #MultilateralismMatters #GlobalHealth

It was a pleasure to meet 🇲🇹 Malta’s Health Minister, Jo Etienne Abela, at #WHA78. I expressed my deep appreciation for Malta’s strong support to WHO/Europe and the Small Countries Initiative. I commended Malta for launching national strategies on palliative care and suicide
