Athletes recovering from injury, surgery, or concussion take note of what foods will help you heal & recover‼️ 👉Antioxidants & healthy fats 👉7-10 g creatine monohydrate 👉Leucine rich foods (aim for 1.8-2.0g/kg/bw/protein/day) 👉Zinc, vitamin D, choline, glutamine, and vitamin

Worked 8-4 yesterday with SecondBaptistSchoolAthletics in Houston yesterday. Two presentations, 30-min breakout sessions with 🏀, 🏈, ⚽️, 🥎, and ⚾️. Put 3 great athletes through Speed & X-Factor work. But, an unscheduled RPR session stole the show. After all these years, still amazes me.
