4 years ago there were very few Republican candidates in Uvalde County. Donna Williams stepped up to run for County Clerk and she won. Now virtually the entire County is Republican. Last cycle was a total sweep. We just discussed her reelection campaign. STX is Republican.

I stopped by the Campaign Bootcamp in Del Rio.David W. Luther teaches the class. These are candidates, campaign workers, and potential candidates. More and more STexans are choosing to run for office as Reps. Dems are failing local Texans with high Taxes and bad leadership

We were in Harlingen this week and stopped by the Cameron Co Republican meeting. There were about 50 workers planning for this election cycle. Last election, Norman Esquivel was reelected Constable, and Republicans picked up 2 JPs. Everyone is looking for more gains this cycle.

It was less than a month ago when I had breakfast with Mayito (maroon). You never know when you will see someone for the last time. Mayito passed away a few hours ago. I am a better person for having known him. He is one of the many amazing people i get to meet in STX. RIP😞

Hidalgo county Republican fundraiser last night was full of candidates and workers. Judson was there hosting the ProjectRedTx table. Cameron county and Starr County chairman came over to show support. We are going to have full ballots in STX this cycle!!!
