The 2nd ProCESS project’s Winter School is organized by RISEBA University of Applied Sciences from Jan 23 to Jan 26, 2023. The event will bring together student teams, academic coaches, company coaches and project managers from all partner universities and companies.

The 2nd ProCESS project’s Winter School at RISEBA successfully started on Monday 23 January 2023. At the opening ceremony the RISEBA Vice-Rector, ProCESS coordinator, ProCESS managers, academic and company coaches and students participated.

On 28 Feb. 2023 the La Fabrique de l’Innovation organized a workshop with the topic “Developing your Sensory, Emotional and Spiritual Capacities”. During the event, Vincent Goubier shared information on ProCESS methodology with the participant from the ComUE Université de Lyon.

On March 25th and April 5th, 2023, the first two training rounds for the new SESS trainers took place in RISEBA. The ProCESS methodology for solving complex problems and its theoretical groundings was presented to the participants, followed by activities that applied the concepts

The training program of the new SESS trainers has been implemented at Université Catholique de Lyon from 3 to 7 Apr. 2023. The program is developed as part of the ProCESS Project and aim to teach the ProCESS methodology to new trainers.

On May 31, JAMK and KESKI partners organized the ProCESS dinner meeting at Mediahouse Keskisuomalainen where they celebrated the successful 2nd round case study of the ProCESS project and also fluent and fruitful cooperation. #ProCESS

On 7 Sep 2023 the ProCESS methodology was used to develop a pilot training for solving a complex problem using SES skills with the project asociated partner Silvania International. The event proved to be a succes with positive feedback from the participants #ProCESS #training

The 6th ProCESS Project Steering Committee Meeting successfully took place on Sept 22, 2023, via MSTeams. Representatives from all partners joined to assess project progress and plan the final phase of the project. #ProCESSProject #Erasmus

During 10 - 11 Oct 23, students from 4 European Universities participated at the Sanofi Enterprise Meeting. The event marked the start of the third round of complex management cases proposed by Sanofi. #ProCESSproject #students #project

KESKI Enterprise Meeting was organized from Oct. 10th to 11th, 2023. This event marked the launch of the third round of challenging management cases presented by Mediahouse Keskisuomalainen. #processproject #studentproject #sesskill

On Nov 15, Jamk SESS trainers conducted a pilot training session for Projektitoimisto Arte. The three-hour session incorporated Music Associative Practices and Artificial Intelligence imaging, providing innovative solutions to tackle the complex challenges faced by the company.

During 21-22 Nov 2023, Anneli Kakko and Violeta Firescu participated at the IFM2E 2023 Conference where they gave a presentation on the ProCESS Project objectives, activities and results. The event gathered together experts form universities and companies from across Europe.
