Players-if you do not make your HS team, your baseball journey is not over! Figure out what you need to work on and sell out to work harder! Over the years we have helped 14 players who did not make their HS teams continue to play baseball at the college level. Keep working!!
Players-you are in charge of your DEVELOPMENT! Most coaches (not all) can and will guide you with what to improve on if you don’t know. Don’t be afraid to ask and then be open to what you hear. Then it’s up to you to get better.

Coaches-when making a mound visit during a game, one of the most important things you can do is SMILE! No matter how good or bad things are going, the reassurance pitchers/players can get from that smile can be extremely beneficial even during the toughest games!
