Absolutely love this. This should be a popular opinion and recommendation by health professionals. As a psychologist in training, I always ask about physical activity levels with the patients I am seeing. Of course, considering the ability of the individual.

This is a wonderful visual! When working with athletes who use these tools, it is useful to understand it ourselves as consultants, therapists, sport scientists etc. Providing some education on ways wearables can be useful, but also where limitations. Let’s not follow blindly.
