Since March, we’ve been growing kale, basil & oregano in Mitie’s new urban farm at The Shard & this week was the first harvest! The Square Mile Farms stands use no soil, providing a way to grow veg indoors using 95% less water than conventional growing systems. Mitie Landscapes
