Day 2 at SPARK Global 2024 SPARK Stanford focused on strategies to connect the SPARK programs around the world. Honored by pitching to VC on #microMESH, a pliable biopatch developed IIT for the intracranial release of various therapeutic agents against #glioblastoma.

Early morning session "Clinical Trials - Immunotherapy" at #SNO2024 SNO highlighting that even a few months' improvement in survival for #Glioblastoma patients is a significant success! The proper combination of chemo - TMZ and more - and immunotherapy migth be the key.

Lately, I’ve reviewed manuscripts on immunotherapies where rodents are re-challenged with a 2nd cell injection. Surprisingly, none of them mention the age of the CTRL rodents. The image👇from Weissleder illustrates why this little detail is crucial! insight.jci.org/articles/view/…

Productive visit to the Interdisciplinary NanoInstitute iNANO - Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center, with a Distinguished Lecture, PhD censor, meetings, and a delightful dinner with Prof. #Howard and #Mingdong. Impressed by the lineup of nano-characterization tools. Excited about future collaborations!

Assembling this puzzle took a bit longer than the typical weekend - 2 days for a 1,000-piece puzzle. My wish for 2025 is that books, in any form, become the most meaningful source of information and entertainment for all of us, inspiring us and expanding our horizons. Happy 2025!
