Our new study, published in Journal of Crohn's and Colitis, investigates the mechanisms of action of oral vancomycin in PSC-IBD. Induction of clinical remission was associated with changes in gut microbiome and bile acid metabolism. Thanks to Y-ECCO grant, patients, and collaborators.
