.Liberal International concluded #LIat75 congress last night. Prize for Freedom was awarded to #ZelenskyyUa & #Ukraine 🇺🇦 people. As a first-timer, I am impressed by how connected the liberals are. I believe the end of congress is not an end, but a start of friendship that will last!

Legislator Lin Ching-Yi and I are both on the Liberal International Committees, Human Rights and Fair Trade, respectively. We will continue to engage and bring the perspectives from #Taiwan & #Asia to the conversation!

Our deepest condolence and respect to former Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. He was a close friend of Taiwan and had long contributed to regional peace, stability, and democracy. Our thoughts are with his family and the people of Japan as they grieve their loss. #AbeShinzo
