Surely Charity Commission needs to be involved.

Very true. You can find a place of sanctuary with us. We don’t have a SCoPEd small group at present but would be open to a member starting one as a way to organise a response. We’ve looked at becoming a MB before but can’t make the numbers add up- prof. conducts are expensive :(
