EXCLUSIVE. Catherine Connolly (green arrow) attended an event in 2009 with a man (red arrow) who didn’t pay his TV license. Is this what we want for a President? Questions to be answered.

30 people turned up in a traditionally unionist area on a mild, dry Friday night in October. Can we stop pretending that anyone other than a handful of bigoted cranks is exercised about bilingual signs?

Absolutely right. This has nothing to do with GFA, I'd like to hear Little Pengelly articulate exactly how this breaches the agreement. It's simply another kneejerk reaction.

I'm gonna campaign for jewel signage on every street in Ardoyne, I'll fight it all the way to the European Courts if I have to! 😂

Let facts and images speak for themselves. Ignore the rabble rousers that Radio Ulster and the dying Newsletter platform. Bilingual signs are NOT a disastrous issue. Sectarian bigotry and fear of the loss of their superiority are.

It’s not ‘territorial’ if it’s on every sign on every street. If it’s standard, as bilingual signage is in other parts of the UK, then it’s not ‘marking out areas’, it’s just how things are. And should be.

Long past even scrutinising Ben Lowrys nonsense. A perfect example of a minority of Unionists who live in Past, invoke the Ra , talk of “territory marking” rather than what it actually is - equality. Lots of folk share this space. Mutual respect costs nothing.

I did radio the other day mentioning my experience of some "citizen journalism" is they are often "angry, aggressive men", which is a generous description. It seems those who recognised themselves in that description are, you've guessed it, angry. Oh well.

I loved last year’s Belfast Castle but Millie’s new Christmas adventure is looking pretty class so far! I hope to have the artwork finished in the next couple of days & pre-orders direct from Women's Aid NI next week. With your support we’ve raised over £50,000 since 2022 💜

Delude yourself into thinking Burke is the victim here. His behaviour towards a woman was aggressive and intimidatory, he wouldn't have acted like that with a man. A narcissistic misogynistic fundamentalist who's too right wing for the DUP, but C Connolly is the issue here

Turns out dual signage has nothing to do with the Irish language and democracy in Belfast city hall because "Ben said so". We can forget about the border poll too, I presume?.... The entitled arrogance is breathtaking but not surprising.
