The Spotlight model like many others of the type is as far from “inclusive” as it could be. I have taken my concern to them directly but am still awaiting a response from ‘a person with significant control’. I can't go into too much detail, suffice to say the model is flawed.

Cont….emotional support, just being there to listen would be a start but being tough is also important. 31-years old, that makes me angry but also sad. I can’t begin to imagine the pain of losing someone so close, so young.

I believe we are all responsible for our own lives but some, especially those exposed to fame and fortune from a young age, often need more emotional support. Friendship and love are the most important things in life, money can’t buy either. I’m lucky to have ppl who care.

Something positive in a world of negativity and bad. Today I woke up in hospital (my home for the next few weeks) to find this small gift from the hospital, it was totally unexpected and demonstrates that the smallest gesture can raise a smile. Thank You NHS

Still no response from Pearson VUE nearly 1-year later after several attempts at contacting them. What a useless company!!!!

I find that this platform is best used to hold to account companies who provide poor service, this months ‘worst customer service award’ goes to Amazon.co.uk who have consistently failed to meet their delivery commitments (the last 7 orders have failed to be delivered on time)
