Gallagher Bassett Insurance claims that they are here to help this these uncertain times well that is not true, as they are are not manning their calls and are not responding to emails. Awaiting a settlement since 19th May 2020, terrible company

Kinderstons Insurance the sister company of Dean and Grove had our van written off at one fault of ours on 19th May 2020, still awaiting settlement, putting small business under real pressure, the incompetence within these insurance companies is just shocking

I feel so sorry for the staff at Tui who are trying to sort out issues caused by head office changing holiday arrangements. I wish the directors would step up and support their staff and achieve satisfactory resolutions.

Dreading going on holiday with Tui having nightmares. They mess up your booking 3 weeks before departure. Move half ur family 3 and half hours away and then expect you to compromise to find a solution.

Why do travel organisations like Rui have to over complicate finding a resolution to a simple request the resolve an issue they have caused. Been battling for nearly 3 weeks and no resolution found. A simple request, nothing but delay tactics and a whole lot of stress

Never been so stressed to go on holiday before. The travel industry will never recover if this is how the operate. I thought Tui was a professional customer focus company. I don’t think so by my current experience.

How important is it to TRUST our travel companies. Well being honest and responsive and not sending young staff members to sort major issues is just not acceptable. Leaders and managers within TUI need to take responsibility and support your front line staff

Attended my first network of Entrepreneurs with Derby University at museum in Derby. What an amazing event to see university students creating great future business ideas it was a breath of fresh air.
