Scattered slow-moving storms brought some heavy rain to Central Arizona last night (generally between Wickenburg and Prescott). Wilhoit came in with 1.53"! More storms are expected today, most numerous south and west of a line from Williams, to Flagstaff, to Payson. #azwx
