every time i try to talk i have oo much to say so none of it can get out

i cant get my thoughts our throufh writing talking or art and it hurts

nobody understand me because i can never say what i need or feel and i cant do it ajymore

every time i try to write i havw too much that needs to be written i cant decode what goes first so nothing gets written

im so tired

i need people to hear my experience but i cant explain it at all

the only way i can communicate my feelings is through actions but thats always seen as outbursts

im so tired i cant keep this in anymore

yesterday i was tallking to my doctor and he diddnt care about anything i said. it made me realize that even the slightest misuse in words will make people just not take me seriously and now i never want to speak up again
