On behalf of Barnardo’s The Children's Society National Children's Bureau NSPCC & Action for Children I gave evidence to the Children’s Wellbeing & Schools Bill Committee yesterday. At the heart of calls is big investment in early help to shift the dial, to centre children’s voices & join up services.
