Yesterday we had a full team and it meant being able to spend quality time with the patients. Spent 1.5 hours on a 1:1 care planning and talking about life. We managed to get most patients out on leave too. Those are the best moments of the job! 💛👩🏽‍⚕️#MentalHealthNursing #acute
