Also, ABP referencing DCC's now completely unfit-for-purpose development plan (2016-22) is very frustrating. Continuing to cite the need for more hotels in Dublin in a 2021 planning decision is extraordinarily tone deaf to the needs of Dublin City and where it's at right now.

Lets just fucking knock Dublin to the ground and build one giant hotel.
