Chief ICC Judge Briggs has handed down judgment in Wilson & Anor v Frost & Anor [2024] EWHC 573 (Ch) in which he allowed an adjournment of an insolvency trial on mental health grounds. I was pleased to successfully represent Mr Frost in the application. bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/…

I was lucky enough to visit the Cholmondeley Room and Terrace at the House of Lords yesterday evening in celebration of Professor Henry Woudhuysen’s retirement from the position of Rector of Lincoln College, Oxford. Thank you for a wonderful event, Lincoln Alumni.
