Surprisingly, ignoring worries can improve mental health. Evidence: After practice blocking out fears, people were less anxious—and less depressed 3 months later—especially if they had high anxiety or PTSD. Not all concerns demand attention. Some thoughts are worth dismissing.

Apparently it's not hard to get AI chatbots to talk dirty, according to this piece from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Tech Review. But when you think about the source content AI is drawing from, it's more surprising they aren't always talking dirty. technologyreview.com/2025/06/19/111…
