Interesting trial that raises some questions: A). Median time to PCI 5 days - odd for a contemporary NSTEMI population B). Only 49% in the Inv arm got revasc - either no sig CAD or CTOs? C) 5% got POBA I suspect more data and details will be in forthcoming publications.
