Two very fresh Campion moths, Sideridis rivularis, at Spencer House today, new records for the garden. Larvae feed in seedpods of campion & catchfly, which we planted in the meadow last year & (crucially!) allowed to go to seed. Meadow photo by Clara Molden #londonwildlife

With so many people on social media asking their councils to stop mowing wildflowers, this small area on a Cambridge street shows what's possible. Don’t know whether to congratulate residents or Cambridge City Council – but thank you. Uplifting! #LetsBringNatureBack #biodiversity
