Former Chief of Army Staff Gen. M. M. Naravane (Retd.) must be applauded for the very thought-provoking article of his that has just appeared. His analysis is sharp and pointed but most of all his courage in speaking out exposes the drumbeaters and cheerleaders of the PM.
