(1) To clarify something the DA keeps saying: The guys’ risk level has NOT been increased. That is a lie. An analysis of where to house people in prison includes a risk assessment. Their level in THAT analysis is low. The risk level for the CRA is a completely different analysis.

(2) The DA knows this, and he knows he is lying when he says otherwise. He also knows that all prisoners with LWOP and prison infractions are found to be a moderate risk, at the minimum,and people with that assessment get paroled all the time. Just wanted to put that out there
