This morning, our neighborhood exercise community, the The Mutungo Madbus did a farewell run for us as we head to the ComradesRace this Sunday. These guys have been with us on the training journey, doing the Mutungo-Entebbe 45km every month, two 22km midnight runs & even a lunchtime
