@briwbri Randomise into the ABBRUPT trial. Seriously, there are so many times when our clinical dilemmas are the subject of clinical trials (oxygen targets 🤷‍♂️, mucolytics 🤷‍♂️, management of AF 🤷‍♂️). Randomised treatment not random treatment- we need to build it into our routine practice.
