We have been discussing the attributes of 3D shapes. During our outdoor play, a student found a “sphère” and explained that it rolls, but does not slide. Bravo!

What an exciting day in primary! We had a wonderful presentation about the Mi’kmaw Medecine Wheel, worked hard to describe the attributes of 3D shapes, related numerals to quantities during our math centres, and got to see our first butterfly emerge🦋
