Believe they can. Focus on the joy, ask questions, try different things, smile, sing, giggle… show them that you are a learner, too. And remember… the work to do, truly matters. You got this!! #satchat

Learn the difference between failing and falling forward. Just DO. Don’t let the paralysis of analysis consume you. If you have an idea and your research backs it, try it out! If it flops, reflect and document, then TRY AGAIN. REPEAT #satchat
