I welcome commitments in the #G20Brazil Labour & Employment Ministers' Declaration to reduce inequalities in the world of work. Measures to promote decent work, social protection, social dialogue, collective bargaining & progress on living wages are key to achieve #SocialJustice.

As #WEF25 -“Collaboration for the Intelligent Age”- comes to a close, it’s clear a human-centred approach is needed to adapt to the transformations impacting the world of work. Int. policy must coalesce around measures that balance economic, social and environmental dimensions.

Investments are needed in productive & decent job creation, skills development & social protection. Just tech & climate transitions that benefit the many, will spur sustainable growth & help generate buy-in to needed change. Social dialogue is central to these processes. #WEF25

I was encouraged by discussions at #WEF25 on #AI & the labour market, AI governance, sustainable growth, closing jobs gaps, living wages, skills and apprenticeships. Important dialogues with highest-level voices from govt, @ITUC, @IOE, private sector, civil society and academia.

Good conversation with the employers' group at #ILC2025. We discussed @ILO’s response to today’s global challenges. I emphasized that sustainable enterprises, productivity growth, skills dev. & social dialogue are vital for decent work, better living standards & #SocialJustice.
