Doing what is right is great in any season of your life. Doing right is just like the truth the harvest produced cannot be diminished nor ignored. Far to often we celebrate what is wrong and ignore what is right.

You will never a accomplish anything just thinking about it. You must put action to thought. Roll up your sleeves and just go do it. Do it to the best of your ability and you will never fail. Your best is better one day to another but it is your best. Go do it and quit stalling.

The Bible does not say you have to like someone but it does say that you must love others. True love is priceless, selfless, forgiving, and encouraging. Love others as you love yourself society is better when we operate in love.

If at first you fail continue try again. Success requires correction, adaptation, and flexibility. Being rigid without flexibility boxes you in to a corner. Be like water fluid and willing to change to each situation and environment.

As a leader you must be willing to serve your teachers, students, and stakeholders. When you model how to serve it sets the tone for your school and signals to the community that you are invested in their success. There is strength in serving others. Jesus did it why can't you!

Leaders what is your vision for your school. Have you shared your vision? Without a vision your school will perish. Without communication your vision will fail. Communication allows your stakeholders to see your heart and vision. It is ok to show your heart as a leader.

If you want to change the culture of a company or school a leader must be willing to be open, transparent, humble, and focused. Model what you desire to see, be gracious, and recognize those that are trying. Lead with love and over time the culture will change.
