Honor your rage. Bare feet on the ground, 1 hand on heart, 1 on womb, allow yourself to feeel it. Let it move through you. Make the sacred sounds, scream, cry, howl like the animal you are. Know you are screaming for all the women before you and after you.

Use this moment to feel all the times you’ve been violated, taken from, diminished, not seen, not heard, told you were crazy, dehumanized, betrayed by another or yourself. Enough of this. Allow this to be the last time. Reclaim your womb.

From this place or clarity and emptiness, listen for the whispers of your ancestors, of the collective, of the children. What is there to heal in furtherance of the collective, our women, our children? You are a vessel. Life already knows. Just listen.

Listen to life for what you can do as the puzzle piece of humanity that you are. Remember that whatever energy you come from will determine what the creation will look like. Our reality is malleable. Create with intention. Take deliberate action.

We are powerful. We are creators and destroyers. Navigate with your intuition and clarity of your vessel. Every word you say ripples into the potential of everything. Be wise with what you are creating. It’s starts with who you Be in it all.
