Month after month, for more than a year, we have received assurances that humanitarian aid will be allowed to flow unhindered into Gaza. But it has never happened. There has not been a single week where we have been able to bring in even the bare minimum of supplies.

There is no safe place in #Gaza. Tens of thousands of Palestinians have been killed including hundreds of aid workers. Despite the risks, our colleagues in Gaza continue working hard to support their communities and help those who need it most.

Commendable that Somaliland successfully held peaceful, free, and fair elections, with the current president graciously accepting the results. This could serve as a catalyst for other Somali-speaking nations to adopt similar one-man, one-vote election process. Kudos to Somaliland
