I have to mention that all this wonderful exposure for the club would not be possible without Niall McCracken Niall McCracken. All we have to do now is persuade him to get his foundation license.

Our good friends at Downpatrick railway museum Downpatrick & County Down Railway had a break in over the weekend and several thousand pounds worth of damage done to historic rolling stock. We hope those responsible face a judge soon. x.com/downrail/statu…

The club had a great day out yesterday, with some members operating GI5LOW for the 50th anniversary of the GQRP club. And then we took part in a coding session as part of the RSGB outreach program making some 433Mhz APRS trackers. Great day out.

MUARC, last Saturday hosted the Queen's University Belfast 🎓 amateur radio club for their RSGB foundation course and exam. They managed 7/8 passes and hopefully had a great day out. We look forward to hearing some new Callsigns on the air soon.
