Yesterday I learnt that my pregnancy is not viable. One week on from my first scan, the amniotic sac is still empty & there are signs that it is beginning to detach from my uterus. I have to wait a week for a confirmation scan but may well lose it before then. My heart is broken.

Another day and night has passed and still no sign of the start of my #miscarriage. Trying to stop thinking maybe they are wrong and something is now growing in the sac, because that is very, very unlikely.

In hospital after my ERPC this morning. Blood pressure is low but pain has ceased for now. Very pleased they collected tissue that can be genetically screened. Might get an answer as to what went wrong. #Miscarriage #pregnancyloss
