Since sleep has proven elusive, now watching a film version of Hermann Hesse's "Narcissus and Goldmund". Released in 2020 and as a devourer of Hesse's writing I'm looking forward to this.

I had my skull pulled apart and reassembled during an emergency brain op when I was 17. It gets sore with the weather change at this time of year. Solution: meds and sleep for 1-3 hours. Problem: rebound anxiety on waking, when it used to be a stauner. That's aging for ye!!!
