2. I also wish to bring in the notice of HRD Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and UGC INDIA the exorbitant application fees central universities/institutions are charging: Rs 1500 to Rs 3000 ! Unemployed youths apply for Asst. Profs. Can they afford it? Is it rational?
