Today, I’m exactly 400 days learning Russian. I don’t know what I was thinking, but stuck with it. I can speak at a B2 level, and will take probably 2 more years to get the case system down perfectly. It’s been fun. I’m never learning another language ever again.

Let this sink in

The province that makes the most money in canada makes less than the US’s poorest state, at around $34k (avg). Houses cost millions for something that should cost $200K. How are people getting by? So many broken dreams of people who cannot have a family.

I was born in BC, raised in Newfoundland, lived in Ontario for a decade and now NS for a decade. I’m Canadian, Canada is all I know- but I am so envious of the U.S right now. I really wish I was living in America. I would integrate-so well. God bless America. I’m jealous of you

400 days straight learning Russian. I finished the Duolingo course at day 350, & do the daily challenge just to keep track Verdict: Duolingo will teach vocabulary, but doesn’t explain the case system at all. It also doesn’t help with listening, which was the hardest part for me
