Let’s imagine two drugs for the same indication, E and H. E is more effective E is safer E is just as cheap E is one shot per day, H is three Which do you choose? The indication is DVT prophylaxis. No brainer to choose enoxaparin over heparin unless ⬆️⬆️⬆️ Cr or BMI.
