fyi Philadelphia Public Health underreporting % positive. Why? Heres a screenshot for one day: 480 positive / 480+4324 negative ~=10% but site says 7.5%. All days seem to be off.
Re Philly % positive calculations: Its a missing data problem. Some labs haven't yet reported negative tests. Thanks Philadelphia Public Health for explaining. They expect to be caught up in four days at which time the issue should be fixed.
