Trauma centres are essential. In peel we have been trying to expand trauma centre reach for years but red tape has had Peel Regional Paramedic Services tied up. Paramedics can only go to trauma centres within 30 min drive. 60 min is safe & would allow us to provide more appropriate care

I guess 250 years or so was a good run for a democracy. Well done USA! There are few ways for democracies to self-destruct. You found one despite all the warnings. Enjoy your slow slide. You probably won’t even notice it happening. Sadly it’s going to spread here too though.
