We need to consider riots if the Atlantic 10 does not have 2 at large bids. VCU is an at large team. Not to pin mid majors against each other but how does Santa Clara have a better resume than VCU?

I'd rather see teams like High Point 27-4, UNC-Wilmingotn 25-4, Liberty 24-5, Miami 29-0, Akron 24-5 Belmont 26-4, Stephen F. Austin26-4 get a few at-large bids than teams well under .500 in their conference like Auburn, USC (maybe even Cincy).

Today’s loss really shouldn’t wipe away the last two months. I get how reactive sports are. I’ve been doing this for a long time. But this was the most enjoyable stretch of basketball to cover in a while. Players and coaches really should be commended (still) for this turnaround.
