Morning all! I’m currently on my way to Glasgow to meet with Jamie, the Chief Exec of Scottish Youth Parliament to discuss the finance & risk of our charity, as part of the Finance & Audit committee. I’m making sure to take full advantage of the Free Bus Travel for under 22’s too 😊

I’ll be visiting St.Columba's HS, Gourock on Thursday afternoon to meet & consult with some young people in Inverclyde 😊 If you see me walking around, please come say hello!

I have received several messages from young people about the current traffic deadlock in Greenock & across Inverclyde. Buses to Uni and College being held up as well as Driving Lessons becoming pointless due to being stuck in traffic. Not good.

I absolutely welcome this increase and think it’s a great step in the right direction. I have no criticism for the increase itself, only for the general disparity between young people under the age of 21 and those over. Feel free to leave your thoughts on this below 😌
