Max Wallace scored 21 points as Cathedral Prep beat Fairview 62-38 in boys basketball.

Strong home opener for the Ramblers, 62-38 over Fairview. Max Wallace had a career night with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Ahmari Horton, Cormac Tunnell and Michael Thompson had 8 points each.

For the second day in a row, Prep fell by a point in the Tarkanian Classic this time to RWG Academy, TX 58-57. Max Wallace led the Ramblers with 15 points while Nando Mirarchi added 10.

Congratulations to Prep senior Max Wallace. He has committed to play college basketball next season at Allegheny MBB Wallace has played an integral part for the Ramblers this season, averaging more than 7 points per game while being one of the top shot blockers in District 10.

Prep earns a co-Region title with a 66-53 win over Erie. Max Wallace had 16 points, 12 rebounds. Nando Mirarchi also had 16 points while Cormac Thunell and Michael Thompson each had 11. Second season awaits next week.
