Great that advertising is highlighting other #nutrients that red #meat contains. It is not just that it is nutrient dense, the nutrients in red meat also have high #bioavailability! Nutrients that are vitally important, particularly for children, older people and other groups.

Rating foods with simple #nutriscore for nutritional value is fraught with risk. Nutritional need is multi-faceted & we eat variety of products. Common score of "B" could reflect very different nutrient supply from different foods. And does #UPF flag highlight what has been lost?

Much truth here about changed lifestyles. Is there a meta-analysis which shows how much impact each of these changes in dietary habits impacts on general health?

Perhaps the more revealing metric is increase in emissions ABOVE historical averages - we have always had animals, how much extra emissions are coming from livestock that takes animal emission average above levels attributed to animals (wild and farmed) 500 0r 1000 years ago?
