Lesson plans are important, and pedagogy matters… but some of the most important work of teachers, might not be captured by a plan.  When teachers encourage, support, inspire, care about, and connect with their students… they are engaged in work that transcends the “plan.”

Here’s something I’ve noticed about kids: when they feel like you have actually listened to them, the rest of the conversation usually goes much better.

Let’s let others know they are not alone, by going beyond words and taking the next step, spending time with those who feel lonely. Actions speak louder than words…and can make the greatest difference!🥰 #KindnessMatters #loneliness
